Getting Started

It all begins with you. We start by gaining a clear understanding of your financial position, your resources, and your challenges. During this phase we gather a lot of data, but we also spend time learning about your values, your attitudes, and your expectations. It’s not just about the numbers, it’s about the whole picture.

Defining Success

A satisfying life looks different for everyone. What does it look like for you? We’ll talk about the dreams you have for yourself and your family, establish priorities, and set achievable goals that will serve as the basis for your financial plan.

Developing the Plan

This is the part where we crunch the numbers. We’ll look at all possible options and identify the courses of action that will best achieve your goals while supporting your preferences and tolerance for risk. We’ll meet with you and talk through not just the what, but the why. We’ll answer all of your questions and confirm your approval before moving on to the next step.

Taking Action

Once we agree on the details of your Financial Plan, we’ll outline your next steps and the steps we will take on your behalf. This is a critical phase that will determine when and if you will achieve your goals. Without sound execution, a plan isn’t worth the paper it is written on! We will be right by your side to see it through. Or if you choose to DIY, we’ll ensure that you understand all of the necessary steps to follow your plan and achieve success.

Staying on Track

The moment we establish a plan something is bound to change. Your Financial Plan will be flexible enough to withstand many of life’s ups and downs, but we will invevitably need to make changes along the way to stay on track. We will connect with you regularly throughout the year to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments. We’ll also keep you up to date on financial developments and recommend additional actions throughout the year that benefit you and your family. At WorthWise, we aren’t just your financial planner, we’re your financial partner.
